Bilateral cooperation opportunities were discussed during the event held in Istanbul on 5 June 2023 between Prof. Dr. Mesut Özcan, Director of Diplomacy Academy and Ambassador Dr. Hasan Ulusoy, Director of Center for Strategic Research, and the delegation of Sasakawa Peace Foundation (SPF), one of Japan's leading think tanks and research institutions.
