Exchange of Diplomats with Portugal

Within the scope of the Memorandum of Understanding the Ministry signed on 6 May 2013 on "Exchange of Diplomats" with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Portugal, Álvaro Ribeiro Esteves, Second Secretary, will be serving as a guest diplomat at the Ministry Headquarters in Ankara between 30 November and 13 December 2015. Mr. Riberio will be posted at Directorate General for Policy Planning and Directorate General for Europe.
