Management Training Program

On October 17, the Academy launched the first part of the management training program designed for the junior managers and the near future managers, aspiring to prepare those officials to their prospective duties within the Ministry.

On the first day of the program, senior officials of the Ministry gave seminars on “Human Resources”, “Risk Management” and “Resources Management”.

Following days included seminars on “Negotiation”, “Mediation” and “Crises Management”. Those seminars, comprising both theoretical and methodical parts,   were given by native English speaking experts with a wide experience of such topics in the international arena.
