February 3-8, 2015 Ankara
Between 3 and 8 February 2015, the Academy conducted a training program on "protocol" for a group of 3 diplomats from Kingdom of Bhutan.
As part of the program, officials from the Ministry and Retired Ambassadors Murat Oğuz and Ercan Özer gave seminars on "Turkey's Foreign Policy Towards Asia and Turkey's Relations with Kingdom of Bhutan", "Functioning of the Protocol Departments of the Ministry and General Practices Regarding Official Visits", "General Protocol Rules, “Protocol Rules at Receptions and Official Dinners" and "Organization of International Meetings".
Guest diplomats also had the chance to visit Ataturk’s Mausoleum and State Guest House in Ankara and Topkapı Palace, Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Harbiye Military Museum and Egypt Bazaar in Istanbul and enjoyed a Bosporus boat tour.
