Diplomacy Academy conducted an Training Program for officials posted for the first time as Consul Generals on 2-11 November,2017. H.E. Mr. Ümit Yalçın, Ambassador, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs also gave a speech to newly posted Consul Generals during the program.
Throughout the Training Program, speakers from the Ministry and other public institutions gave seminars on topics regarding staff management, administration and finance, relations with the press, consular issues, public speaking and leadership.
