H.E Ambassador Artemiz Sümer and H.E. Ambassador Numan Hazar (R) organized a training program on June 5-7 and on June 8 respectively in Brazzaville and in Kinshasa about diplomacy and diplomatic skills for a group of 60 diplomats from every level of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Republic of Congo and for another group of 60 young diplomats serving for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Congo. During these programs, H.E. Ambassador Artemiz Sümer gave lectures on General Protocol Rules, Representation and Turkey’s Partnership Policy with Africa and H.E. Ambassador (R) Numan Hazar on Diplomatic Language and Correspondence.
