Protocol Training for the Foreign Ministry of the Republic of Madagascar

Director of Diplomacy Academy Mesut ÖZCAN received Kyrgyz Republic’s Ambassador to Ankara H.E. Zhunusov Ibragim Kozhonazarovich on 23 February 2015.

Between 16 and 21 February 2015, the Academy organized a training in Antananarivo for the diplomats and high level bureaucrats of various ministries of the Republic of Madagascar. As part of the program Retired Ambassador H.E. Numan HAZAR gave lectures focusing at "Protocol Rules" and "Diplomatic Correspondence".
