Training Program on Institutional Culture and Effective Communication” for Locally Contracted Staff (Bern and Zurich)

The Academy conducted a training program on “Institutional Culture and Effective Communication” for a group of 27 locally contracted staff of Turkish Embassy in Bern and Turkish Consulate General in Zurich between the dates of 15-17 March 2018 in Zurich, as part of its plans to provide regular trainings to the Ministry’s locally contracted staff.

Within the framework of the program, participants received seminars on the first day by Ms. Burcu Çevik, Minister Plenipotentiary at the Academy, on the Ministry’s organizational model, working order, work description in the system for locally contracted staff, superior-subordinate communication, representability and sense of duty and ministerial culture in general and later by Prof. Dr. Ünsal Sığrı, a faculty member at Başkent University, Ankara, on communication, teamwork, motivation, efficiency, time management, institutional culture, stress and anger management.
