Online Meeting with the Director of the Dominican Diplomatic Academy

Upon the invitation of the Dominican Republic's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, an online meeting was held with Dr. Eduardo Latorre Rodríguez and Ambassador José Rafael Espaillat, Rector of Diplomatic and Consular Education Higher Education Institute (INESDYC) on September 21, 2021. During the meeting, ideas were exchanged in order to develop cooperation between the two academies.
