Promotion & Tenure Seminars for Headquarters Staff

Diplomacy Academy of Ministry of Foreign Affairs offers promotion courses for the headquarters staff of the Ministry. The training program consists of courses on principles of civil service, the Constitution, organization of Turkish State, function of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and descriptions of positions and promotions. Furthermore, basic occupational courses such as occupational ethics, public administration, administrative and financial affairs, documentation and filing, principles of protocol, public relations, code of conduct and communication are also covered. In addition to these subjects, seminars include electronic document management, information security, and some core values and principles that guide the work at the Ministry.
